"I was impressed they came and diagnosed the problem, very professionally;orderd what we needed. The only thing I did not like was I had to call them and make sure appointment for installing was still on; found out it was Not,It had not come in. Had to call them again the next time to make sure it was in and it was and appointment was confirmed. They arrived in the scheduled time frame; Very nice and did a good job, very careful bringing it in and installing in a tight space, they cleaned up after themselves and explained how to operate it to us VERY pleased with it all in all, just wish they had kept me updated about installation time"

To keep window wells from filling up with water, you need to stay on top of maintenance. Remove debris as it fills up, and regularly loosen the gravel at the base if it’s become compacted. Installing an actual drainpipe at the base of the well can also prevent window well drainage problems.
