They 're one of the gutters on my back porch shell off got in touch with him and he came back out and said that "he would replace it"  I think the gutter got torn or something. I was very pleased with them but I waited and waited and it's probably been a year and a half since I talked to him. They haven't come back to finish the work. They did a wonderful job.
