"This could not have been a better experience. I contacted the owner, Daniel Simmons and was able to set up an appointment for estimate within a very reasonable timeframe. Daniel came with a helper, gave me an estimate, explained what to expect from the process.  He was personable, appeared competent and trustworthy.  This all needed to be coordinated with the painting of our house (another Angie's List vendor).  Once agreed and coordinated, Daniel showed up when promised (he had noted in an earlier text that a job he was on before ours might run into our first scheduled day.  That did not happen as they apparently worked the Sunday before our scheduled Monday appointment to finish up.  He texted day of appintment to say he was running late, due to first day of school BUT he texted way ahead of eta to let us know what was happening.  As it turned out, not that late. Showed up with all the right equipment and a crew of 2. Proceeded methodically, handled a couple of extra requests with graciousness.  Finished product is GREAT.  Really doesn't need painting (but we will). Everything looks fresh and new!  He impressed my "brainy" husband with his knowledge of his equipment and that is no easy task!  End of job, he asked that we do a walk thru and we did.  We pointed out a couple of minor things which were immediately put to right including one of the last minute requests!   We plan on having Daniel come to do maintenance on a more regular basis (less than the 8 years it took this time). Very pleased with this young man AND his assistant/helper, Jake as well as the newest member of his team.  *Daniel really just threw in some of the last minute requests at no charge.  We can't say enough good things about this company.  Expect great customer service and product.  Hire with confidence!
