"The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

We contacted a contractor on Angie's list but he couldn't get to us for several months. We asked if he would recommend someone and he gave us Tony Mills' name and number. He then brought his framer by and together they designed a roof to cover the patio that upon completion looks like it is original to the house. There were several issues which had to be dealt with; not the least of which was a chimney which diverted water to the wrong place for our new cover. But that was taken care of by some more design work. They really did a great job. Next came the actual building of the cover. The workmen were nothing short of artists with a saw and nail gun and paintbrush and roller. No kidding! We love our new patio cover and could not be happier with Mills Family Properties. The next time we have a job that needs doing, we will definitely call Tony."
