"Hired to clean the house for a real estate sale, the house was empty and just need sprucing up and general cleaning. The carpets were left dirty even after her shampoo. Stains on the tile floor after mopping; a hair strand was left in the bathtub which had streaks of attempts at cleaning. Powdered cleanser left on the floor beside the toilet. She scrubbed one of by cabinet drawers so hard it removed the oak finish. My laminate floors were mopped to a dull finish. We have to redo the carpets ourselves, and re mop the floors, an added expense and added stress, especially when we paid her $450 for cleaning. I have to try to restrain the finish on my cabinet drawer. She did clean the great room ceiling to our satisfaction, but everything else was substandard. She also offered to redo the floors but never showed up after rescheduling."
