"Hired them to forestry mulch my new property in Alabama. They were very communicative and did a great job. So good in fact I hired them twice, once for each side of my property! Highly recommend their service."

"Very professional service. Price was as quoted and less than local competitors. Showed up a little late but contacted us to let us know he was running behind first. Took about an hour to complete the work. Would definitely use them again."

"Mike did a great job! I have been looking for an all around handyman to fix and install things around a property that I own. I'm glad I found Mike. He has already done two jobs for me. He is flexible schedule-wise and very responsive to texts and calls. His prices are not the lowest but they are reasonable. Very friendly and polite to me and my tenants and he can do a lot of different types of work. I highly recommend him as a general contractor/handyman."

"They did a fantastic job! Very polite and well versed in what to do for my issue. Asked for some work to be done for my gravel driveway to support drainage and in no time they had my driveway sloped on both sides and graded like a pro!"

Land Clearing Services questions, answered by experts

When planning a land surveying project in Fulton, consider the area’s varied terrain and soil composition, as these can affect survey accuracy and equipment needs. Be aware of local subdivision regulations and city ordinances that may impact your project’s scope. Also, check for potential flood zones near creeks or rivers, and ensure underground utilities are properly marked before any surveying begins to avoid complications.

Helpful?

Combining land surveying with home upgrades in Fulton is often beneficial. Scheduling a survey before installing fences, landscaping, or starting new construction ensures all improvements stay within your property boundaries. This approach can streamline planning, reduce the need for repeat visits, and help you meet local setback requirements. Coordinating projects also simplifies the permitting process and minimizes potential delays or compliance issues.

Helpful?

In Fulton, if you notice property boundaries that don’t align with your deed, or if neighbors question the location of fences or driveways, these could signal underlying land surveying issues. Missing or shifted survey markers and outdated property records are also red flags. Addressing these early helps prevent legal disputes or costly property repairs, especially when planning future improvements or property transfers.

Helpful?

In Fulton, maintaining your land survey involves keeping survey markers visible and protected from lawn equipment or overgrowth. Replace rusted or missing iron pins as needed, especially due to the local climate. After significant property changes, update your survey documents and store them securely. Regularly reviewing your property boundaries helps prevent disputes and ensures you remain compliant with local regulations before making upgrades or selling.

Helpful?

Surveying professionals in Fulton begin by reviewing property deeds and historical plats to establish legal boundaries. They then locate existing survey markers and use both GPS technology and traditional tools to verify property lines. Physical features like fences, roads, and natural landmarks are documented and compared with records. All findings are cross-checked with Mississippi’s boundary laws to ensure your property lines are accurately established.
