They arrived on time, surveyed the situation, worked well together, communicated to me what they had done when finished, and went the extra mile to leave my house better than they found it -- excellence all around -- thanks! (BTW, the survey format did not offer answers in the drop-down menu to match my project accurately. The fireplace did not need repair, but that's the closest response I could find. It would be helpful to include "other" or some such alternative, and let this "what else" box serve to provide more precise information.)"

"Environment Masters did an excellent job providing me with a new HVAC system. I originally called them for a tuneup. The technician showed me pictures of the repairs that would need to be done. I was put in contact with a sales rep who walked me through potential quality new options for my house. Both employees were clear about the issues but did not pressure me into a decision. I was able to make an informed decision that was best for my family. I chose to have a new system installed. All installation technicians worked diligently and respectfully. The HVAC system looks well put together. Even small details were completed-all trash was cleaned up, pipes were wrapped, and wires were neatly run. They even dropped a water detector into my water heater drain pan beside the HVAC unit at no extra cost to me! I’m a handyman and have to complete small details like this often. I see and repair when people cut corners. Environment Masters did not cut corners. Well Done!"

"I know this review is a little late, but here goes! We hired Jimmy to replace our subfloor in part of our conventional home. Jimmy was awesome from day 1! He came on time to do our initial quote and threw around some possible ideas, tried them and tried to problem solve to find the best possible fix for our floor issue. He was here for over an hour, crawling under the house, checking framing, measuring and explaining what he recommended; which was nice considering we had 3 other repair guys give us a quote and only stayed for 10 minutes. Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure that the floor was completely sound, and also made sure to choose good quality materials such as the plywood. He chose to buy from one store over another because they had better conditioned wood. We can't say enough good things about Jimmy, he was on time everyday, explained his process, and even went out of the way to repair our threshold and included it in his fee. He has an honest work ethic, reasonable prices, extremely hard working and just an all around good positive guy. We will DEFINITELY use him again in the future!!
