Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. "My technician was very good but he was in a very big rush. He was originally very pleasant and performed well in not so nice conditions as my house air conditioner was not bringing cool air into the bathroom he was working in. It was uncomfortable in the bathroom so he might have wanted to escape the hot air. He did not screw the top of one of the fixtures well and I wanted the 2 fixtures to not be so tight when you turn them but he was in hurry so I said nothing. He took care of the problem like a Real Pro and I am thankful for him and Choice Home Warranty."

"I used an Angie's List "Big Deal" Coupon. I paid $59 rather than the full price of $120. I thought the deal was great since I was planning to get my dryer vent cleaned soon anyhow. Two guys arrived within the time frame that I was given. They were able to do work on a Saturday which I always appreciate. They cleaned the vent by using a snake with a drill/brush & then blew out the loose lint with a leaf blower. About 1/4 of a 5 gallon bucket was filled, so I feel much more at ease knowing that my home is safer now. Soon after the guys left, I did a load of laundry & the dryer instantly smelled hot & it was obvious that something wasn't right. I called the guy back (I had his # in my phone because he called before he arrived to confirm the appointment). They came back to my house within a couple of hours & made it right. The tube that attached to the dryer was loose so he replaced it with a brand new dryer vent tube & it runs perfectly now.
I am very happy with their work and the two gentleman who corrected a problem very quickly. Because they corrected the dryer tube problem quickly and were pleasant about it, I'll use them again when I need another cleaning."
