The estimate he sent was broken down with the materials needed and estimated cost for each. Once he got started there was some extra damage that couldn t be seen and even though it was a little extra time involved he stuck by his original price."

Project started as simple door and frame replacement because of water damage, and turned into larger and longer project that required replacing studs, drywall, and repainting in addition to door frame replacement due to old termite damage because door frame would not secure to damaged studs.
