Mr. Lee was very professional and courteous during our phone conversation. He came to my house and surveyed the damage and took pictures. The estimate he sent was broken down with the materials needed and estimated cost for each. Once he got started there was some extra damage that couldn t be seen and even though it was a little extra time involved he stuck by his original price.

I would have given a 5 but showing up on time seemed to be bit of a problem . Mr Lee was out of Town but got any of the problems I incurred straighten out in a hurry when he returned . I would recommend them

The rate was amazing, and the work done was completed well. Only hiccup was a misunderstanding in scheduling that I wasn't called about, but they were apologetic and rescheduled immediately.

Did the work very well and efficiently

Lee Brothers Construction did a good job on repairs to my eaves and to the chimney. They replaced the rotting wood and replaced plywood that had rotted due to poor roofing installation from previous contractors. I had asked them to stack the debris and I would remove it personally. There clean up efforts were not good. They did stack the debris as well as anticipated but there was a good amount of shingle pieces, nails, felt and excess wood around my landscape throughout the property. Took me an entire day to clean this all up. Overall the experience was good and would recommend them to others.

Very poor service. For much less than $250.00, I could have rented a pressure washer from Home Depot and hired some high school kids while getting better results. Also, their equipment was pitiful. Whatever this company claims to be, they are not a power washing company!

Mr. Lee was friendly, courteous and in a very timely matter gave us the estimate to paint the exterior of our home. He and his crew were proficient, friendly and eager to paint our house. They finished the project today and our home looks "outstanding" which we are very happy about. Even our neighbors have told us that it looks wonderful . The whole crew have been very nice to us and we have appreciated the suggestions they gave us regarding a couple changes and found several things that they needed to repair before painting. After repairs were done they painted everything we requested and went around our house to make sure that if there was anything missed they would touch it up.
