"Found Sentri on Angi. Jeanette and Violet were very pleasant and efficient in getting a contractor to me in the time frame needed. The contractor was excellent and the roof looks great! I would definitely work with them again if I had additional projects."

"Monday, November 10, 2025 My wife and I highly recommend EVERLAST Roofing & Construction Company for installation of a new roof (or) repair/replacing of your current roof. This Company offers reliable products and services at a fair cost, financial support and well-trained Roofers and Laborers. David Vasquez, Co-Owner, was very attentive to our interests and needs during our entire experience. He was very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all! He recommended that we purchase the GAF 30-40 year Architectural Shingle/Roofing System. They installed the roof shingles with layers of materials working to keep our home safe from wind, rain, snow, and even sun. They provided us with great workmanship and beauty that will be pleasing for many years to come. Their Laborers were attentive to all areas surrounding our home and completed cleanup as well. We will continue to do business with David Vasquez and Everlast Roofing & Construction in the future!"

Roofing questions, answered by experts

Tile roofing is durable, fire-resistant, and energy-efficient. It also adds aesthetic appeal and, with proper maintenance, can last 50-100 years.

You should plan on waiting as long as it takes for the roof deck to dry out completely if it gets wet. In most cases, this will take about 24 hours, but it could take longer if you have shading on your roof or cloudy weather after the rainfall that prevents the sun from drying the material.

Sometimes chimney caps blow off during storms or fall off after rusting away. While this typically won’t cause structural damage, failing to replace a chimney cap can. A chimney cap prevents moisture, animals, and debris from entering your chimney, all of which can cause serious problems, such as damage to the masonry or blockages in the flue.

Roof repairs average around $1,100 but can easily exceed that for larger repairs. The cost of roof replacement depends on the size of your home and the materials used but averages between $4,000 and $24,000.

Yes, a roof blister can cause a leak if it gets to the point where it pops. Prior to popping, a roof blister is just an aesthetic issue, but once it pops, you’re left with a small hole in the shingle. Water from rain and snow can easily get inside this hole and interact with your underlayment, roof decking, and the building material below.
