My name is Blair. I currently have a full time job and am in grad school to be a licensed therapist. For fun, I love baking, painting, watching movies, and hanging out with friends and family. I hope to meet some amazing families through here!

"CJ's has been providing window cleaning service for my restaurant for 3 years. He shows up every month, on time, does quality work and charges a very fair rate. I would recommend this business to anyone needing any of the services he offers."

"It went very well. There was a lot of work to be done for the residence. Driveway, retaining wall, garage floor, front and back patios. He was professional, timely, worked very hard. Very fair with regard to pricing and was willing to negotiate. I would definitely hire again and strongly recommend him to others needing their home exteriors pressure washed."

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

In most cases, you should get your windows cleaned one to two times annually, although you might want to complete this task more often if you live in an area with heavy pollen or heavy rain or snowfall that soils your windows. It’s also a good idea to hire a professional window cleaning service if you’re listing your property, as sparkling windows will make a big difference in terms of curb appeal and, potentially, your home’s value.

Soot can be harder to remove compared to other types of stains given its acidic nature. It can also cause underlying paint to peel off during the cleaning process. If your soot issue is a result of smoke damage, it’s recommended you call a pro to help remove it versus doing it yourself.

Professionals use high-pressure steam cleaners, brushes, and specialized cleaning solutions for effective results.

The most likely cause of smearing or streaking after cleaning your windows is residue left on the glass from the cleaner you’re using. Consider diluting the solution and cleaning them again, or use old newspaper to dry the windows after cleaning, as this will soak up any residual material. Additionally, aim to clean your windows on a cool, cloudy day, as cleaners will dry more quickly on the glass if it’s hot and sunny, promoting streaking.

Yes, professional window cleaning is worth the investment. Regular deep cleanings help keep your windows looking new, extend their lifespan, and boost your home's curb appeal. By removing dirt, dust, and other debris, you can reduce the risk of damage and accelerated wear to window frames and components. It also improves your home’s energy efficiency by keeping insulation and weatherstripping in good working order, potentially lowering your energy bills. Furthermore, annual or bi-annual cleanings can help identify problems like leaks or cracks early, before they escalate into expensive water damage. You can often recuperate the cost of cleaning through energy savings and by avoiding premature window replacement.
