"CJ's has been providing window cleaning service for my restaurant for 3 years. He shows up every month, on time, does quality work and charges a very fair rate. I would recommend this business to anyone needing any of the services he offers."

"JD did a great job for me.  He arrived when he said he would which was within a couple of hours from when I called.  He gave me a fair price, completed the work quickly, and did a good job.  His first priority seemed to be to do quality work and make sure that I was satisfied.  I was satisfied and I will call him again when needed."

"When we noticed a leakage in the window under the gutter, we contacted a few gutter companies. Gutter guru is one of the few that doesn't need to go through reception desk and wait for call back. Keith told me right away his earliest availability and set up an appointment with me. The next day, I contacted Keith to see if he can come earlier since it projects to rain on our original appointment. Keith moved things around and managed to come in first thing the next morning. After we showed him the problem, Keith said he can fix it, but asked if $75, which is his minimal charge, is OK to us. We gave him a go ahead. While he was working on the gutter, he discovered another potential issue. After he explained it to us, he said he can fix it at no additional cost. All the job were done promptly. When it rains the next day, we didn't see any leakage!
Keith is one of those no-nonsense, know-what-he-is-doing, responsive, and trustful contractors. Highly recommended!

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, pros are equipped to clean various glass types, including stained glass and skylights.

Yes, you can use glass cleaner on outside windows, but only after you’ve rinsed away as much debris as possible. Using glass cleaner on top of a layer of dirt will only make it harder to clean.

Window washing usually refers to cleaning dirt and other debris off of the exterior of your windows, while window cleaning is a much more involved process that addresses the outside and inside of the glass, as well as the interior components. Window washing is more to improve the aesthetic of your windows, while window cleaning can improve performance, reduce the risk of damage over time, and even improve your home’s energy efficiency.

Window cleaning costs around $220, on average, but you could pay anywhere from $150 to $300 or more, depending on the number of windows, how accessible they are, and the type of windows. Some professional window cleaners charge on a per-window basis at around $10 per window, while others provide a single price for your entire home. Either way, more windows will mean higher cleaning costs. Picture windows tend to be the most affordable because they don’t require cleaning of internal components, while double-hung windows and skylights increase your price because they’re more complicated to clean and less accessible.

Professional cleaning offers deeper sanitization, reaches grout inaccessible by home tools, and restores tiles without causing damage. Technicians have expertise and equipment that ensures long-lasting cleanliness and improved aesthetics.
