They listened to what I had to say about what the problem was and they included a warranty so they may come back if there are any issues. They did a good job! As for the quality of service and value for my money, these questions cannot be answered until the chimney has gone through a period of heavy rain to see if the leak has been stopped. Therefore, that rating is provisional, since I have no reason to think the quality is not good but I have to reserve my answer until we have extensive rain.
