"Pro called me within five minutes of my placing request. He and I scheduled for the next morning and job was completed in less that 1 and 1/2 hours. He was polite and thorough. Prices were higher than I expected, but fireplace and chimney had not had any attention in more than 15 years. I feel the money was well worth it. They listened to what I had to say about what the problem was and they included a warranty so they may come back if there are any issues. They did a good job! As for the quality of service and value for my money, these questions cannot be answered until the chimney has gone through a period of heavy rain to see if the leak has been stopped. Therefore, that rating is provisional, since I have no reason to think the quality is not good but I have to reserve my answer until we have extensive rain.
