"We bought a new dishwasher and had paid to have it installed by the store we bought it from. When they delivered it the guy said they couldn't install it because we didn't have some cut off valve. I didn't know what he was talking about since we currently had a working dishwasher and had no problem with it. Anyway he wouldn't install it without the cut off valve.
