"The service tech arrived at about 1 pm to initially give us an estimate. His price was in our range of expectation and he had explained how he would do the work. He had come ready to do the work right then if it was acceptable to us, so we let him do it. He was done before 5 pm and when he left, our house was back in order. We have lived in our house almost 22 years and the air ducts had never been cleaned. We were very pleased with the work."

"Provider called at about 8pm the night before to cancel a Monday appointment.  Granted, this was during a rough winter, but a little more advanced notice would have helped.
Seemed to do a nice, thorough job on the air ducts, however the deal was for a fixed number of supplies & returns.  I had fewer supplies, but more returns, so I was charged a surcharge for each additional return, even though they were shorter than most of my supplies.
Could have done a better job cleaning up dirt and dust that accumulated on my floors around the vents that had piled up during the vacuuming. 
Staff was very nice.
All and all pretty good though, would probably use again.  My vents were filthy and now they are not.
