He stopped responding to my calls and consistently had excuses for not showing up, such as weather issues or personal reasons. To make things worse, Jason removed the siding from the front of my house without having a clear design plan, which caused unnecessary damage. Overall, the experience was highly unprofessional, and I cannot recommend ROI R&R LLC for any home repair projects."
