"This company was not upfront with their pricing at all. I feel like I was robbed. I was expecting to pay about $300 for my pool to be closed for the year. That is roughly what I have paid in the past 2 years. This company did not tell me that they were going to charge $203/hr between 2 people. They did no other repairs, just felt like charging $1,100 to close a pool. I did not know I was going to be paying someone what I would pay my lawyer to close my pool. I would never have used this company if I would have known I was going to be paying over $1,000 to close a pool. That is insane how they feel comfortable charging that much. There are so many other great pool companies in Springfield to choose from. Please take my advice and use an honest company. I will never use this ridiculous company again."

"I knew that I was going to need very good help with this water heater replacement. The old one was 22 years old and had a lot of sediment in it. Also the location was difficult to get to. Jack sheduled the appointment to fit my schedule. Brad and Mickey arrived promptly and tackled the situation. As expected, the drain was clogged and the tank was way too heavy to lift out without draining. When using air pressure failed, they pulled out a shop vac, jerry-rigged a small hose on the end and slowly suck out enough water to allow the tank to be lifted out. They're one of the best crews I've ever had working for me. I have my mechanic, my electrician, and now I have my plumbers. I'll never use anyone else and I highly recommend them."

Unlike other companies I had out to give me estimates they did not use scare tactics but told me what needed to be fixed and what was cosmetic. We are currently selling our house and Michael and Jason have come to speak with potential buyers putting their mind at ease about the work that has been done. The fact they stand by their work not just to the current owners (us) but future owners (buyers of our home) as well speaks volumes about the type of people Michael and Jason are as well as the high caliber of work they do. "I strongly caution anyone considering this foundation repair company. From the beginning, they gave us false hope, assuring us that our foundation issues would be properly resolved. Unfortunately, that was far from the truth. Not only did they fail to correct the actual problem, but the piers they installed were done incorrectly and not even placed in the proper locations. It’s clear now that the work was rushed and not thoroughly planned or executed with the care it deserved. We’re now left with unresolved issues and the added burden of hiring another company to fix their mistakes. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or professional foundation repair. "Banged out deck in a day. Most cuts are not square. Split wood in multiple places and did not correct. Not square and plum anywhere. Poured footing incorrectly. Fail to screw down steps. Failed to reinforce with hardware. Failed to install flashing on header to home. Worst deck ever seen built. I have was a construction supervisor for years and never seen work like this on any of my jobs poor customer service don't respond."
