"Fred responded to our request for a bid promptly, provided an accurate bid on site and was able to schedule us quickly. He completed the job neatly and professionally and on budget. "Matt arrived on time and was efficient at replacing floor tiles. Do you think customer service is gone, well so did we until Matt Hemingway came to replace three broken tiles. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. Excellent job. Highly recommend."
