"If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We bought a house that ended up being a surprise fixer-upper. We thought paint and new flooring would be the extent of our home improvements but as we got into "demo" we found problem after problem. We were very discouraged because the problems were more than we could handle. I called 7 contractors and only 2 called me back. Luckily for us, one of them Bryant Construction. The positive, can-do attitude that Nich and Scott came in with, was exactly what we needed, to know that it was all going to be ok. They did it ALL for us. They tore down walls, built walls, fixed electrical, fixed plumbing issues, added can lights and ceiling fans, fixed floor joists, laid flooring, textured walls, did trim work, fixed window issues and so much more. They came up with solution after solution for ALLLL of the problems they ran into with this house. Also, they are fantastic people. They are honest, reliable, trust worthy, positive, funny and most importantly, they LISTENED TO WHAT WE WANTED. They were also respectful of our budget and timeline. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
