"I contacted this company to clean our air ducts & vents. The service, both office support and the on site technicians was outstanding. When I called the office she explained the process and when the technicians arrived they again explained the process. I knew exactly what was going to take place. I could not have asked for any better customer service. They arrived on time and set about doing the job. I will use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service"

"Provider called at about 8pm the night before to cancel a Monday appointment.  Granted, this was during a rough winter, but a little more advanced notice would have helped.
Seemed to do a nice, thorough job on the air ducts, however the deal was for a fixed number of supplies & returns.  I had fewer supplies, but more returns, so I was charged a surcharge for each additional return, even though they were shorter than most of my supplies.
Could have done a better job cleaning up dirt and dust that accumulated on my floors around the vents that had piled up during the vacuuming. 
Staff was very nice.
All and all pretty good though, would probably use again.  My vents were filthy and now they are not.

"The service was very good and timely! Brandon and DeAndre were prompt, very friendly and helpful. Brandon showed me pictures of my duct before and after and even a video while vacuuming dirt and debris. I did spend more than I had planned only because I added on a treatment and warranty. I feel it was worth the $$ after seeing the crud in my vents. If you have a newly constructed home, I urge you to contact them! The wood and drywall dust not to mention nails, insulation and electrical debris were bad!!! Iâ m sure it will help lesson the amount of dusting and help with our allergies! Thank you!!!"

"I did a lot of research before calling a company because my son kept on getting sick very often and for months at a time, which made the rest of us sick too. So I called Alpha Cleaning Solutions, and John came and did the work for us. It turned out, just like I suspected, that we had mold. So he cleaned it all out with natural products (I like this since I have kids). He also cleaned out all the debris from our vents (on a different day). I started seeing results in me and my oldest son the same day, and the following day for my youngest. I’m very happy with the work that they did and they were professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again in the future."
