Really appreciated the professional customer service. Mike told me about a product called NP1 that is best for sealing up leaks. Showed me what to do to try and fix the leak before they would have to come and repair it. Gave me an estimate for the repair if fixing it myself does not work.
They were a little bit more expensive than some companies I looked into but the quality was worth the cost. I am probably going to use them to replace the remaining 8 windows.

The lining that THEY selected for me looks like reflective trash bags up in my windo from outside. So I spend 2000 on these Drapes, which I will never in a thousand years put up in my home. And they won't accept refunds, and they only take zelle payments which cannot be reversed or argued.
