"The first time the install crew arrived they brought an entirely different skylight than I ordered. The one they had wasnâ t even the correct dimensions. After some discussion as to how this mistake happened I decided to order a skylight of a different design than originally ordered which in the end was a better product. The second time the crew arrived with the new skylight with the proper dimensions and proceeded to make a proper installation.
