Saddlebrooke, Missouri is an upscale residential development off Highway 65 between Springfield and Branson, where my wife and I were going to build a house on a beautiful idyllic lot overlooking pristine Bull Creek. Concrete footing with rebar for stem walls was poured and set years ago for a large house in Seven Pines gated subdivision. Then, our plans changed, we decided not to build ... Fast forward to the present, when we needed to restore the build lot to its original condition; which would require demolition and removal of concrete structure including rebar, excavation, adding fill dirt, and grading of lot to create a natural slope and contour suitable for mowing.
