He fixed a water leak in our pool machinery, he would run to his truck and back when necessary and completed the job efficiently. He was also very kind and honest and friendly with excellent customer service as he performed excellent service as well. He also gave us some very helpful advice to help us know what equipment upgrade (pool vacuuming machine) we should consider for next summer to help keep our pool clean. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."

"They sent someone out to come fix it. I go online when I have an issue, instead of calling. It is very easy. You go online and tell them what is broken. The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."
