He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. "I feel the job went very well. It took a little extra time because of all the different jobs that had to be performed. Example the dry wall that had to be replaced was unexpected. Windows had to be ordered and waited for them to come in and be installed. But those are all things that go with a remodeling job. Tim always kept myself and my tenants informed as to what had to be done next and what day and time they would be there. Tim and his crew did a very good job. "They came removed the old mold treated the floor joists with mold killer removed all the old plastic and replaced with new plastic keep house clean and cleaned up before they left .Very polite . I will definitely hire them again and will recommend that for anyone needing their services ."
