"Things went well. The work was done meticulously. They cleaned up every day and communicated well as to any stoppage. i.e. Weather stopped job for two days and I was called to inform me. All nail holes were painted to match the color scheme. The bottom line: my home looks fantastic."

"I feel the job went very well. It took a little extra time because of all the different jobs that had to be performed. Example the dry wall that had to be replaced was unexpected. Windows had to be ordered and waited for them to come in and be installed. But those are all things that go with a remodeling job. Tim always kept myself and my tenants informed as to what had to be done next and what day and time they would be there. Tim and his crew did a very good job. Chad power-washed and then repainted using paint that will last for many years. I really appreciated the quality work. The lines between the two colors we chose were tight. Additionally, Chad overcommunicated to ensure we had current status without question--especially given this was such a large job. For example, it was raining one of the days he was scheduled to paint. He called anyway to make sure we knew he would not be there and provide an update on status.
