"Consistent, professional, personable… No notes! We contracted Loveland Home Solutions to update our aging home’s electrical system. (update panel, install new recessed lighting, add some new outlets, install surge protectors, etc.) Their responsiveness and professionalism exceeded expectations from bidding to work to follow up. Brendin was great at follow up, answering questions and helping us find the best solution for us. Austin and his team were great and respectful of our home and their work precise and thoughtful. They weren’t the cheapest bid in the pile, but the little extra in our mind was WELL worth the peace of mind and confidence to have true professionals on the job. "They couldn't give me a price over the phone (even though it's a standard repair), they will only give you a price by coming to your home. If you don't use their service, they charge a trip charge of $59. As it turns out, their "book price" for a PRV is beyond ridiculous at nearly $800. The parts run $125ish at RETAIL (Home Depot), and it can't take more than 2 hours TOPS to replace it (less than an hour based on multiple Youtube videos), so MAYBE $450 could be considered “reasonable”. I’m VERY unhappy that their prices are so exorbitant, and I even had to pay for the privilege of having somebody come all of the way here to tell me the “book price”, when they could have given me that price over the phone and kept us both from wasting time and $. It’s troubling to have to pay a trip charge just to get a ridiculously overpriced bid. Another vendor gave me a fixed price, OVER THE PHONE, of $400. No trip charge, no funny games. I just sent the technician home. I’m usually not very vocal, but this is egregious. Obviously, I would NOT recommend this company."
