Hello, I am a recently retired educator and coach. I learned building trades from my father as a child and worked with him in construction for 8 years building houses from the ground up including plumbing, wiring, concrete, cabinetry, etc. from framing to finish. I have completed my own additions, remodeling, and repairs for the last 30 years. "The estimate and the people doing it was good. They knew what they were talking about and took their time. They said the work would start early February before they can start, which is fine its no rush. But we would appreciate if they could just give us a date. My wife has chased them down and they haven't gotten back to her. Just keep us in the loop, we shouldn't have to chase them down. We understand if the weather delayed or a set back. (I purchased those in advance myself.), provided receipts, and left me with overage supplies which I appreciate. One of the most important aspects is Isiah is a non smoker. That was important to me as I donâ t like cigarette smoke anywhere near my home. I wish I could post photos and videos but I donâ t see a way to do that."
