"I called Mr. Rooter because I had called another Plumbing company to come out the night before and they were a no show.  They were extremely friendly over the phone.  I called at approx 8AM and said they'd be able to come out by 11AM.  They called at about 9:30 to say someone was available to come out now and I said that was perfect.  They arrived at 10AM.

Jason was the plumber who arrived and he was very very friendly and professional.  I told him the problem and we discussed pricing up front.  I had a coupon which he said they would definitely honor.  He immediately got to work.  He wore footies over his shoes while in the house.  He worked diligently and answered all of my questions.  After about an hour and being certain the line was clear he cleaned up, we took care of payment which was exactly what was discussed beforehand, and he was on his way.

A very pleasant and hassle free experience.  I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for the Franklin County area again for any plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work.

The job also comes with a 30 day warranty which I thought was great and definitely put my mind at ease just in case something happened again."

"There were many different jobs that 3T Plumbing did for us, he was very prompt, very friendly, cleaned up everything after he was done and it was very very cost-efficient. I wish that he did other jobs so that I could hire him for our whole house. I would recommend him to anyone, he stands beside his work , he also was able to save money money on the fixtures that I wanted to purchase by buying them himself. He stole the freestanding tub, bathroom shower sink and toilet in another bathroom. He also installed our plumbing in the kitchen and redid the plumbing that someone else it done before him in our basement!! 5 * work and customer service"
