I explained my expectations and what was a “must have.” The must have was guttering on the outside of the cover with gutter guards. We went outside so he could measure and determine what had to be done. He went over the product as well as the process. He was very thorough and I only had a couple of questions because he had already covered my main questions. We signed a contract the same day. I would highly recommend Four Seasons Home Products if you are interested in a patio cover."
