"I am beyond pleased with Mr. Steam Cleaningsâ work. We were in the process of moving and needed our carpets cleaned. They did an excellent job removing stains and making the carpet ready to be moved into again. "Both the workers were very polite. I thought the job was done well even tho we had to do cleanup after they left. Have also discovered that there are numerous nails sticking out of the pickets , which poses a hazard, especially to Children. I spoke to Ivan, the owner of the company about the problem. He was happy to come right away and get rid of the protruding nails. He said that he had discovered that the nail gun used had malfunctioned and that caused the problem. He has replaced the tool. It was simply an oversight that we had not noticed the nails earlier."
