"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

I had expected that the chains would need to be replaced, but instead Al secured the upper part of the windows (which we never open) and adjusted the lower so that they opened and closed easily. "I have windows professionally cleaned annually, so, I know what to expect. First off, the cleaning job was good. The windows were, as expected, clear, clean, & spotless. I have no complaints about the look of the windows after the job was completed. However, the professionalism needs some improvement. Dave's attire was really quite sloppy and he wanted to discuss politics. He tried to engage me in this sort of conversation a few times, but, I tried to keep the discussion to a minimum. I find this topic very divisive and personal. Another issue was the dirt and dust that he cleaned from the window seals ended up on my floors and/or furniture next to the windows. I think he used my bathroom sink to discard or rinse something, but, didn't wipe the sink afterwards so it was dirty/gritty. Lastly, the window screen above my kitchen sink was not secured properly after it was cleaned, so it's hanging out a bit, and I'm going to have to wrestle with a ladder to fix it."
