We found him to be very responsible - showing up promptly the four different times when he said he would. He communicated well via texts or phone calls. His work on all three projects was at the absolute top quality. We found him to be highly talented - a perfectionist – taking pride as he completed each project in an efficient and timely manner. We found the bids for each project to be most reasonable - GREAT value for the money we spent. Actually, his bids were quite a bit less than we were expecting to pay. After discussing the job and getting the bid assigning the contracts, everything moved flawlessly, Dean’s tile man is meticulous and so professional about what his work looks like I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the job especially when they started it one day and I left town with my wife the next day we settled up before I left on the bill and Dean sent me pictures of the finished product the following day my kitchen looks amazing the backsplash and the accent work down on my half wall turned out better than my wife could’ve ever expected. You know when you’re a DYII guy and you look at a job and you go. This looks like too much and you hire the professional I’m a DY guy, but I hired a professional so so happy I did. "It went well. I felt very comfortable with Doug and his team whether I was working from home or in the office. They were professional and easy to get along with answering all my questions. The workmanship was high quality and I would use them again for other construction/carpentry work."

"We met with Justin and I was very impressed with his professionalism. He said he had done several projects exactly like ours and it seemed easy and we should be able to complete in 8-10 weeks. I have never dealt with a contractor before, but I still knew I should double that estimated time and that was still ok at the time. We met in May of 2023. The project went well for a while. We started in May 2023 and the big stuff got finished in a decent amount of time, but not within the proposed time. Finally, 5 months in to the project, Justin apparently decided he was over it. All communication stopped. There was quite a bit still to do, but I guess he was over it, so we moved on and decided to finish ourselves. I never had a problem as long as there was communication, but Justin is awful at letting people know what is going on with there project. At least he was with mine. He promised things that never happened and never let us know why. I came away with a mostly remodeled basement and some work to do to finish myself, but mostly I am disappointed that Justin/ Legacy could not just do what they said they would or at least tell us why."
