"Everything went really good. They came in and removed the wallpaper from our great room and repaired the walls where it was needed. They painted the ceilings, walls and woodwork (it was previously stained in the great room). Everyone that was working here was very nice. They made sure to clean up every day after they were done. "Due to rain they had to postpone a few times (not their fault) but once they were here, they did a great job. I have a two level wooden deck and it looks so much better now. I would highly recommend them. Very competitive pricing and they're hard workers. I have another deck I may hire them to paint as well. They're great people."

Doug, the owner, came out to do my work yesterday. He was informative, helpful, knowledgeable, and precise in his work. He took a few minutes to read any directions to make sure that the job was completed quickly and correctly. I am already planning other tasks for them to complete when I hire them again. They are busy because they do good work, so call them with the intention of planning a week or so out. I highly recommend them; great experience.

To layer wallpaper over wallpaper, inspect your existing wallpaper for problem areas. Damaged wallpaper should not be covered. Apply primer, then apply your new wallpaper.

If you have textured walls, consult a pro about removing the textured finish before moving forward with wallpaper.

If you can already see the texture of the existing wallpaper through the layer of paint, then the texture could also come through the new layer of wallpaper. If that’s the aesthetic you want, then proceed. But if you want a smoother surface, you should either strip off the existing paint and wallpaper or hang a layer of liner paper before proceeding.
