The day of the scheduled work was not ideal as we had to deal with high winds and cooling temperatures later in the day. Josh Rae came out gave us a bid for Polyurea product which was $1000 cheaper than an epoxy coating which will yellow in 5 years plus came with a 15 year transferrable warranty!
