We were getting charge constantly for things that we already paid for and when we questioned Wendy she would get upset and try to offer us way for them to keep our money. They were very unprofessional, leaving spits bottle all over my house. DO NOT let the pictures you see online fool you, Casey is an amateur he would sit and watch how to do things on YouTube. Toilet seats have two mounting brackets on the back that accept mounting bolts. The bolts drop through the brackets, through two small holes on the top of your toilet, and then receive nuts to hold them in place on the bottom of the toilet. A broken flange could lead to serious issues. When a flange breaks, the toilet is no longer secured to the subfloor, which leads to constant rocking when in use. To remove thick and hard limescale from your toilet, use a mixture of vinegar, lemon juice, and baking soda, and scrub with a metal scrubbing brush.
