I had a leaking hose bib on the side of my home.  Justin called me just as promised and stayed in communication with me as he finished another job.  We converged on a time and he was prompt.  He and his crew did the job quickly, cleanly, and for long-term use for me.  He also inspected and made a quick repair to the other hose bib.  We also discussed a longer term plan to provide gray water systems to my home to water my landscaping and a small garden.  Based on this short interaction and job, I would be very willing to use their services again.

Justin did an excellent job, he hauled off the old sink and he left no mess at all to clean up. He has a great personality and it is enjoyable to talk with him while he works. I will always call him for any future plumbing needs.

Justin showed up on the button as promised.   In about a minute he figured out what I was doing wrong, and fixed it, suggesting other improvements as well.  He was reluctant to charge me at all but I insisted!  
He was a refreshing change.  (But next time, wipe your feet --smile.)

Justin arrived on-time and assessed the situation. He knew exactly what the problem was (a bad seal on the drain that was causing leaking into the basement) and acquired the appropriate parts to fix the problem. Despite the pipes being in a hard-to-reach area, Justin had all the necessary tools to resolve the problem. He spent approximately 1.5 hours on the issue.

We live in a 3 year old house with suspect plumbing. I called a plumber to come and look at the plumbing to see if it was up to code and to tighten some loose fixtures. He was courteous and thorough and worked efficiently. He informed me where to go online to find a new shower head at a reduced cost. I will call him again if we need a plumber.

Very pleased. I called for an appointment, he set it and then showed up right on time. He performed his work quickly and well all for a reasonable price. No problems afterward either.

I had several little things that needed to be fixed, but the one major thing was switching out my hot water tank.  I walked Justin through the problems I was having with my plumbing, and he listened, made comments once in a while, and wrote down on his pad what items he would need in order to do the job.  He started out on Saturday, and was going to try to get everything done that day, but it was raining cats and dogs, and one of the things that needed to be done was replace a vent pipe for the water heater, and he couldn't do it that day, so he said he would come back on Monday and finish up.  He showed up and was very quick getting everything done.  I was very pleased with how quick it was done, and the professionalism he used in performing his job.  He did the work while I was at work, so when I got home, he came back with the bill so I could pay him.  (Convenient for me, and I didn't have to take a day off work just to get the work done.)  He explained some of the problems he had fixed, and told me what he did to remedy the situations.  I will definitely be giving him a call when I am ready to finish up some of my other plumbing problems.

He installed water savers in our showers on our faucets and in our toilets.

We are in the process of completely gutting and renovating a 3-bedroom house. It is older, so we decided to have the entire house re-plumbed. We contacted Justin Banks of Green Advantage Plumbing because he had done excellent work for us in the past.

He immediately met us at the site and took notes on what we wanted and needed. He gave us an estimate within 24 hours. Most - if not all - of the parts and fixtures which were used were given to us at his cost and he even gave us a beautiful pedestal sink to use in the powder room for free! He said he'd just had it sitting in his garage.

Justin also removed some debris at no charge to us, including an extremely heavy cast iron bathtub which had been left in the front yard by previous contractors.

The work was not only done in a very timely manner, but the quality of the workmanship is far superior to any we have seen thus far and his prices are extremely reasonable. He is very professional, helpful, explains everything that needs to be done and is willing to discuss even the smallest details with us before the work is done to make sure he is doing exactly what we want and need.

He even came up with a suggestion which allowed us to add another bathroom without any additional expense other than the purchase of one toilet. Then, he even did the framing for this additional bathroom, when he was finished with the plumbing of it!

We have been using Green Advantage Plumbing exclusively since we discovered him and we will continue to do so. He has come to our aid in the middle of many crises, including our own DIY projects gone awry. One time my husband was in the middle of replacing a hot water tank and couldn't get it out of the closet, so Justin dropped everything and came over immediately and the two worked together to replace the non-working hot water tank. He has no problem helping us out or even taking over and fixing our mistakes.

He doesn't charge extra to come out on weekends or evenings. No matter when we call, he tells us he will be right there - and he is.

Green Advantage Plumbing has very reasonable, competitive rates and the workmanship is top quality. We will continue to use him exclusively for our own home as well as for all our rental properties. And the tenants think very highly of him also because he explains everything to them very patiently and when he leaves the problem is fixed.

One time we had a mystery water problem in a duplex and the water had soaked a bedroom and the closet. We hired many different contractors to try and discover the source of the problem. It was during a very rainy period of time, so we were at a loss to determine the source of the constantly water-soaked slab and carpet.

Within his first visit, Justin checked everything: Around the base of the house, the roof, the plumbing lines, everything. Since none of us could learn the source of the repeated flooding, Justin kept looking into the matter. He was the one to discover the source of the problem even after many contractors as well as my husband and myself had searched and searched. Justin just wouldn't rest until he had located the source and repaired the problem.

We have so much for which to thank him. In our opinion, Green Advantage Plumbing is the best plumbing business in the 4-State area.

We had a tub and shower install in one of our apartments [which was NOT done by Green Advantage Plumbing] and when the new tenants moved in they told us the water in the shower wasn't getting hot. We called Green Advantage Plumbing and Justin Banks came out right away. He discovered that the tub and shower valve had the hot water limiter protector in the wrong position. He also noticed the delta valve was missing some key parts, which he got for us for free! He added the parts and adjusted the hot water limiter device to the appropriate position and the tenants had hot water for their showers and baths. He did a great job. He determined the cause of the problem right away and then solved it for us quickly and inexpensively. Our tenants were happy and we were happy to find such a knowledgeable, capable and reasonably-priced plumber.

After I called on the phone Justin said he could be here in an hour. I approximately one hour he should up and kindly entered and went straight to work on the smell. He check a few things in the bathroom and then was able to determine where the possible problem was coming from. He then told us what he thought it was and how much it would cost to make the repair. I did not feel any pressure to use his service. We decided that it would be easy enough to have him fix it since he had all the parts necessary on his truck. He went straight to work on the toilet. He helped to explain the process and exactly what he was doing and why. He fix the problem with a new seal and even used a second seal since it appeared that one seal was the problem in the first place. The problem has been fixed and it took shorter than expected.

I was having problems with my ac unit so I called to find out when they might be able to look at it, expecting to wait at least a few days, to my surprise he was out that afternoon. Anyone else I called had a 2 to 3 day wait. He brought all the supplies he needed with him and fixed it right then and there. I will never call anyone else to do any plumbing or ac repairs. He is very professional and efficient.
