"This was my first time hiring a company for a job I knew nothing about. Dustin and his group were very friendly. I was told that by others that their pricing was good.. The job was laying a new concrete floor over an existing condo screen porch floor. They did a great job with the floor. My only complaint, and I did not get to mention this to them, I was too busy looking at the floor, was the mess left behind on the baseboards and screens from the concrete splashing."

"Decent knowledge of work, unfortunately couldn’t fix the problem. Will still work with LIETZ HOME SERVICES LLC"

"They are very personable and customer service oriented! They treat things like they are their own! Just great people to work with!"

"Angie at Pro Care called me immediately and scheduled an appt. The company was efficient and helped us bring our 18 yr. old pool back to looking new and functioning more efficiently. We recommend them to anyone who wants professional and personable service. Thanks for everything Richard!"

"he identified the problem and fixed it. plus he took the pool sweep out for me so my husband could work on it."

"Outdoor Oasis is absolutely outstanding! They installed a beautiful 20 x 40 inground pool with four waterfalls and also did the stamp concrete around. Jason the owner is always available for a phone call or questions I had in the beginning and never seemed like I was bothering him with silly questions ! The crew was very professional. They turned my backyard into an outdoor oasis. I can’t thank them enough."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
