"Steve Burleyson did an excellent job remodeling our master bath. Working alone, he removed our existing shower enclosure and replaced it. He also installed new shower doors. He pulled out the bathroom sink and toilet and laid new tile flooring. He was efficient, courteous, neat and professional. We also had glass block windows installed in the master and hall bathrooms by this company. The work was done quickly and neatly and we are extremely happy with the results."

"I've had them for probably a year. I had to have them come out once and they were very good. They were excellent. They did what they said. One of the things they fixed didn't work so well and they came back immediately. It was on a garbage disposal, but they were excellent. I haven't run into any problems. The quality of work is excellent. Nice people come out. It was fine. Everything worked out really well with them. I wish it was cheaper, but what am I going to do? It's within my reach. I'm retired and I don't have a budget. It's still reachable. It's understandable, even though you don't want that."

No, you do not need a garbage disposal to have a dishwasher. A dishwasher will work without one, and while it's rare to see a home with a dishwasher that doesn't have a disposal, it is possible. A larger model may not fit in a compact cabinet or if the existing plumbing is arranged in an unusual way. Before buying a new garbage disposal, measure the available space under your sink. If you are replacing an old unit, it's often easiest to choose a new model of a similar size.

These appliances certainly increase the number of things allowed down the drain, but they’re not foolproof. There are several items you shouldn’t put in your garbage disposal, according to manufacturers and technicians. Don’t put coffee grounds down the drain. You can back them out just enough to pop off the snap ring, which prevents the bottom portion of the bracket from disconnecting from the top when you unscrew the bolts. Use a regular screwdriver to pop off the snap ring, and the rest of the components should fall off by themselves.
