"I did some research on the "dry clean" carpet process and also spoke to the people where I bought my carpet. I was very pleased with this process over steam cleaning our carpets. Did a good job, providing 2 layouts to choose from.  Completed design and sent email and snail mail paint and furniture samples in a little over a month from starting the process.  The previous estimate was 2-3 weeks so it wasn't so late.  My only disappointment was the design was not for the complete room.  They told me that the missing area was considered an entry way or hallway and could be designed for an additional fee.  I did not want to pay an additional and accepted their explanation, but on second thought, in my opinion, it isn't really separate.  There is a large archway one-third of the way into the room, but I have never considered it as two separate rooms and no one visiting my home has ever mentioned it.  Every room has an entrance.  I wouldn't call the way to get into a room as a separate room. Other than that, I would say a got a great deal overall.

"They answered the phone and were able to come out the same day to look at our issue and discuss how to address it. We decided to hire them and they scheduled to start the work the next morning. They were excellent to think outside the box for custom work needed to modify the railing in our split level house so that new flooring could be installed by a different contractor. We are very pleased with the final product. They were punctual, polite, open to our suggestions and concerns, easy to work with and cleaned up their mess as they worked. The work was completed in just a few hours. They were very good at communicating and even followed up with us afterwards to make sure there was not anything else we had thought of or noticed after they left."
