They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. "Very nice, responsive staff. Received my equipment quickly and rather simple to set-up. The only oddity people should be aware of, is that the sensor pair may not attach on doors where the surrounding trim has ornate molding close to the edge (i.e. one sensor attaches to the door but the other adjoining sensor needs to attach to the trim). The sensors will have a terrible time sticking to the trim, unless you carve out the moulding so there's a 1/2 inch flat surface for it to adhere cleanly. So just fyi.
