The new system is working great with no flooding of crawl space, thus saving the furnace that is in crawl space. I highly recommend this company. "Road Runner called us immediately after submitting the request on Home Advisor and they were at our house within two hours. Our water heater was leaking and they said it couldn’t be repaired and must be replaced. They were able to complete the job the same day and the service technicians were very friendly. The only issue is that it was quite a bit more expensive than I expected. We got a 40 gallon Bradford White Defender installed with a pressure pump and the total cost with tax was $2600. Labor was well over half of the total which seemed excessive, but we were in a pinch so we agreed. Everything else was great."

They replaced the pump and reworked the piping to work more efficient. The field crew were very respectful, worked quickly and expressed great concern that the work should be done right and at a reasonable price. "He arrived at 8:30a.m. The new hot water heater was waiting on site. He took the heater out of the carton and reported to us that it was damaged on top but that he thought it was primarily "cosmetic". He let us decide if we wanted it installed or wanted to return it and get a replacement. Since we had been without hot water for several days, we decided to give this one a try. It would also have meant that we would have to have him return at a later date to install the next water heater. So far it has been doing a great job hearing our water. He was very professional and competent at his job. He took the old heater away for disposal.
