"I called him on Monday for an emergency carpet clean (or what I felt was an emergency), and he came out the next day. I really wanted to put a good review on here right away because he was extremely helpful. He had already put his equipment away when we found a tiny missed spot. He didn't hesitate to pull everything out for the little spot. That really stood out because I had one guy I talked to that was rude just because I was calling from an out of town area code.
