"I was extremely disappointed with this service, I was moving into a new home without any furniture in it yet, I was told they do a deep cleaning, well when you do a deep cleaning you would think it included the inside of your empty fridge as well as taking the knobs off the stove to clean it. This is not at all what a deep clean was to me, I had to finish my master bathroom because they said my painter was in there at the time. I was told that they were only there for 1 hour and (maybe 3 mins more) the explanation I was given was not the service I was hiring them for, I was looking for a monthly service as well, I told them to forget that. If this was a deep clean I can only imagine what a monthly clean would be. I did not get that fresh clean smell when I walked in that I was used to from other people I have had come into clean. I would not use them again."

The owner, Michta Sutton, was born here and is a proud Mizzou alumni. Her family has lived in this area for many generations and now she is raising her own family in this lovely mid-west town. TKE has been operating since 2013 and still growing. Columbia, MO is our home and we are dedicated to helping our community by giving people back time to spend on what’s important to them.
"Even though I rearranged my whole schedule for this cleaning service they were a no show. I called the company and the owner said she had given Riley the wrong address. I said to go ahead and send her out but the owner said she went to another job. I rescheduled with Mandi for another time. She also was a no show and the owner couldnâ t reach her. We scheduled again with Riley who showed up on time. She did fine other than using window cleaner on my wood and antiques that did not make them look polished but she assured me it would not hurt the wood. I tipped well. She was supposed to come back to finish, but got a call today from the owner she had to cancel. Too much rigmarole with this companyâ s owner and the employees when all I want is some cleaning done."
