We utilize the correct equipment for the job to ensure you family is getting the best service they possibly can. We start with a negative air machine that uses a powerful suction over the entire vent system. Then various air tools are employed starting from the register and working back to the furnace cleaning the entire duct and once the duct is clean we even clean the air handler, bacteria, etc. Plus we even do dryer vents!, mold, then sanitize the entire system to kill any germs

Steve and his son did an excellent job. They were friendly and professional, arrived on time, and did not leave anything to clean up. The house was built in 1963 and just purchased; we had no idea if or when the ducts had been cleaned, and were disgustingly dirty. When they were finished the ducts looked great! We would highly recommend Clean Air Solutions!

pretty good. much better but not perfect. don't expect a new ventilation system but it's overall much improved. Glad I did it but wouldn't describe it as a miracle intervention.

The estimate was given at the time of service. I had an option to decline if I didn't agree with the price. Later, when my new HVAC systems were installed, it was commented by the installers that whoever cleaned my ducts did an excellent job. They weren't surprised when I told them that Stage from Clean Air Solutions had done the job!

For the price I paid, the service was acceptable, but there were a few undesirable flaws. The two person team (one who I assume was his son) arrive well before the scheduled time and started the work without me there, but were able to complete the service ahead of schedule. When they did their vent count, they failed to find the vent under my kitchen sink and did not realize it until after they had started packing up. Since I was there for the entire time they were doing the actual cleaning, I noticed that they did not clean one of the vents in the far corner of my house even though I was charged for it. After they had finished, I looked at all the vents and noticed that many of them did not have the screws reinstalled and piles of dust near most vents because they did not clean up after themselves. It was the same situation at the main trunk and blower with dust and metal shavings from where they removed part of the vent for cleaning. I had also mentioned a coupon that I received multiple times, and he did not initially apply it to my bill. If I were to have this service done again, I would suggest paying the extra money for a better qualified technician to do the service.

"I am sorry to hear that you weren't completely satisfied with the work we did, I looks like the biggest complaint is that we showed up early, as I recall our earlier job had to reschedule at the last minute which left us trying to fill the time slot so I called to see if we could come early. IIf I would have known it was a problem we would have waited. If there were any charges for vents that went unnoticed I will be more than happy to either clean them or refund the overcharges. We strive to keep our customers happy and provide a quality professional job. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help meet your expectations."

It was very good and I really like the guy that I would recommend him. He's very professional and great on the phone. I got a flyer. He showed up exactly when he was supposed to and he did well on everything. He cleaned up beautifully and it was a good deal.
