"Brady responded very quickly to my request for a quote to epoxy my new garage floor. The work was scheduled soon after. The day of the scheduled work was not ideal as we had to deal with high winds and cooling temperatures later in the day. This led to a few imperfections that were found when I inspected the floor after it had set for a couple of days. Brady was again very responsive, and scheduled the minor repairs promptly. I am very satisfied with the final product, and highly recommend Bradey and his team for your epoxy floor project."

"Absolutely thrilled with the work done by this company! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to explain the process, help me choose the right color and finish for my space, and executed everything with precision and care. The transformation of my garage and patio areas is unbelievable! The coloring came out even better than I imagined, with rich tones that really complement my home. I really appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to quality. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it absolutely shows in the final product. Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

Options include epoxy, polyurethane, and acrylic for various uses.

Interlocking garage tiles made with PVC are the most effective for garages with past issues of humidity and flooding because damp concrete is not suitable for paint. Epoxy coating is also water-resistant and can prevent mold buildup. Finally, porcelain tiles are a wonderful option for wet conditions if your budget allows.

In most cases, yes, sealing concrete will stop spalling. However, it’s not a perfect solution—it may only delay spalling. Call your local concrete repair contractor for quotes on the best sealing options to prevent spalling.

Concrete sealers will help your garage floors resist water, but they will not make the floor waterproof. You will need to purchase a specific waterproof floor paint for concrete and apply several coats over several days if you want your garage floor to be truly impermeable. While the process is similar to sealing the floors, the materials are different, and the need for multiple coats will extend the process and drying time.

To prep a floor for painting, start by sweeping and cleaning any loose debris that could puncture the protective material. Take out as much furniture as possible. Then lay plastic, canvas, rosin paper, or masonite sheets across the room, securing them at the edges with masking tape. Plan your painting so that you minimize the chances you’ll step in and track any splatters.
