Jason was there promptly, assessed my needs (very difficult to know what problems he would find), gave me a bid, and started within a week. It soon became obvious my problem was greater than he originally thought. He apologized and quickly provided a new estimate. While quite a bit higher, still not sure if he should have bid more. In the course of the project, several unintended mistakes were made by his crew. He apologized, but never ducked responsibility. Despite uncooperative weather, he worked to complete the project as quickly and efficiently as possible, making sure that all problems were addressed despite the high cost in some cases to correct them. I recognized some of the unexpected higher costs and suggested we order a dumpster and split the cost. He was appreciative and was even more determined to make make a satisfied customer.......which I am. He s in a difficult business, tough to estimate hidden problems. But he accepts it, is up front with the customer, and seeks to make them completely satisfied. Jason Carr is a class act. I d recommend his company to anyone!!!"
