"The job itself seemed to go very well but there was a problem that I found out after they finished the job and there were damaged gutters. If the roofing crew have notified myself or the contractor in fixing the issues, it would have been simple. When I did the contract of the roof, I also contracted the gutter to be replaced, and they has not replaced the gutter. Update 04/21/2025: The contractor responded to my issues and did a fantastic job. Thank you for responding quickly and so well."

"Not at all satisfied with the service rendered. The gentleman I spoke to on phone seemed very responsible, but the guy that came out appeared to be a different person. Gentleman came with a blower. Now, I had a gutter monster on my gutters. He was done in a little least than fifteen minutes. Told me that my gutters really weren't dirty. I asked about the downspouts and was told anything that was in there came out. "this is a powerful blower". Left debris in my yard. Very disappointed with service. While mentioning this to a K-Guard Team member, he advised me that the designer of Leaf Guard Gutter left that company and developed G-Guard gutters as an improvement over his earlier design. Tests on the installed K-Guard Gutters on our home have demonstrated that the designer did in fact make improvements that addressed weakness in his earlier design. There is no doubt that K-Guard Gutters cost more than normal gutters, but if you have the money to invest in your home, you need to look at K-Guard Gutters as they are worth every penny that you invest and more!"

"All went well. Patrick is a nice and knowledgeable person. He came earlier to see what we had questions about and give us his opinion and estimate for what might be needed and helpful. We set up a time and he and a helper (forgot his name) arrived as planned. They cleaned the gutters, checking slopes with a level, repositioned those that needed it, sealed seams, replaced one section so we could relocate the downspout, fixed some of the inner and outer corners. The replaced section revealed some wood damage behind and they took a break to allow us to patch and paint the damaged area. They returned a few hours later, installed the new section and finished up. We feel their service was done well. Of course now we're not having rain, so we can't report with assurance that the rain collection and drainage is improved, but I feel pretty sure it will be based on what they did. I would call them again."
