"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "We called Southern Grace Exteriors to inspect the roof of a rental property we own in Hilton Head, SC. Our management company said we needed a new roof .... and that they could do it quickly for a HUGE price. We decided to get a second opinion and called Southern Grace. They showed up on time, climbed up on the roof with me and told us that our roof was just fine - probably had 10 more years left. They also said that whoever told us we needed a new roof didn't know what they were talking about. Honest and straight forward - a refreshing change to the norm for many contractors.

"Email communication was hit-or-miss.  Sometimes I would get an immediate response, other times weeks went by and I didn't get a response until I prompted them for an update.  The installer was polite and professional but several of the trim pieces were damaged on installation and the fit and finish is not great.  It took over a month to get the damaged parts replaced and one of the replacement parts is also damaged in the same location as the first piece.  It's not noticeable enough that it's worth taking another day off work to have it replaced again, though.  The caulk lines are not very even, the drain is not centered in the floor of the shower, and the trim piece around the shower handle is off-center as well.  I will admit that I can be fussy about these sorts of things and these may not be issues for other people but it's bothersome enough to me that I wouldn't use Re-Bath again.
