His price was completely reasonable considering the scope of the job. The door also had an exterior weather door that caused an unexpected issue when re-installing. They performed all the tasked in the contract, and also at no additional charge did some caulking that I asked for at the time of service.  They also found a small but important problem with the guttering that they fixed.

I rated Price as B rather than A just based on the hourly charge - not on any comparison with other bids, but I thought their work was worth any extra cost. I rated Punctuality as B because they had to reschedule and were a little late; this was not a problem for me but maybe others would have been inconvenienced."
